Mr Singh currently runs a private real estate fund with investment focus in Warehouse assets in India as CEO of the fund.. Earlier he was managing a listed business trust as Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) and Executive Director of RHTTM . Mr Singh is experienced in the fields of finance and accounting, particularly in the Indian healthcare industry. Prior to his career in RHTTM, Mr Singh served as the Corporate Controller of Finance in Fortis Healthcare Limited (“Fortis”) and played an influential role during its IPO Offering in 2007, rights issuance in 2009 and issue of convertible bonds in 2010. Previously, he held the position of CFO in Super Religare Laboratories Limited (“SRL”) where he established the organisation’s accounting system and was actively involved in business development. SRL is currently part of Fortis.

Mr Singh holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from Punjab University, Chandigarh. He is currently a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has also been a member of the Institute of Costs & Works Accountants of India since 1991.
