Singapore chapter of ICAI is excited to announce the upcoming exclusive event “Valuation essentials”. Get ready for a comprehensive journey as we decode the complexities of Business Valuations.

The Event will evaluate Business Valuation from both aspects - Listed Equities & Start-up Ecosystem. In the Listed Equities space, we will discover cracking the Multi-bagger Code and the approach towards Value Investing. In the start-up side, we will look at a Start-up Pitch Deck, Key Terms in start-up valuation and how Liquidation Preferences, Anti-Dilution Rights, Buy-Back Rights etc. impact valuation of a start-up.
