Annual General Meeting 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 14th Annual General Meeting of the members of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Singapore Chapter (“ICAI SG”, also referred to as the “Society” or the “Chapter”) will be held at Room 801, NTUC Centre, 1 Marina Boulevard, Singapore 018989 on 10 April 2023, Monday, at 7.00 p.m. (Singapore time)

AGENDA

• To adopt the minutes of the 13th Annual General Meeting held on 21 April 2022.
• To receive from the Managing Committee, report on the affairs of the Society during the preceding financial year.
• To receive, consider and adopt the audited financial statements of the Society for the financial year ended 31 December 2022 and the auditors’ report thereon.
• To adopt the Elections Framework Recommendation which was circulated dated 9 March 2023 to all the Members which would then be effective in the Management Committee elections starting from the fifteenth Annual General Meeting.
• To elect ONE member of the Society as member of the Management Committee of the Society for one year, in order to fill casual vacancy in the Management Committee, to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the fifteenth Annual General Meeting.
