Chew Sutat

Chew Sutat is Chief Executive Officer at WWF-Singapore, with extensive experience in leadership, governance and sustainability across both the public and private sectors.

After more than 25 years in the corporate and financial sectors, Sutat serves as a nonexecutive director and trusted advisor to companies, start-ups, investment committees, foundations and non-profit organisations. His work is guided by a clear purpose: to synthesise people, planet and profit in pursuit of a sustainable world that thrives in solidarity.

Sutat is a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Directors and the Institute of Banking and Finance Singapore, and the immediate past Chairman of Community Chest. He received the Global Investor Asia Capital Markets Lifetime Achievement Award in 2021 and the Public Service Medal in 2023. An Oxford graduate, Sutat holds First Class Honours in Philosophy, Politics and Economics (PPE), as well as a Master of Arts.

Eu Lin Fang

Partner and Sustainability & Climate Change Practice Leader, PwC Singapore

Eu-Lin leads the Sustainability & Climate Change practice across PwC Singapore and is a member of global sustainability leadership teams at PwC. She is also the PwC Asia Pacific Sustainability Reporting Leader, including the Asia Pacific Sustainable Finance and Sustainability Risk Leader. Prior to assuming the Sustainability & Climate Change practice head role at PwC Singapore in 2016, she was a financial services specialist partner.

Eu-Lin graduated with a Masters in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School, Harvard University and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School. As a practicing Singapore Chartered Accountant, she believes that accountants can play an important role in fighting climate change and advancing sustainability in business and in the community.

She serves on various boards and committees where she contributes in areas of the audit committee, risk committee and sustainability. She serves of the boards including the National Environment Agency, National Institute of Early Childhood Education, United Nations Global Compact Singapore. She is the Co-Chairman of the Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment SG Eco Fund and serves on the Monetary Authority of Singapore Corporate Governance Advisory Committee. She served as the Chairman of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants Sustainability Committee which supports in capacity building, technical review of sustainability reporting standards and engaging the accounting community on emerging sustainability issues. She also served on the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA)-Singapore Exchange (SGX) RegCo Sustainability Reporting Advisory Committee. She is currently serving on the ACRA Interim Sustainability Reporting Standards Committee.

Manoj Vembu

Manoj Vembu is a business strategist and sustainability technology leader with over 20 years of experience in global commodities, trade finance, and ESG innovation. He is the Managing Director of VRV Global, Singapore, a multi-commodity trading platform with operations across 60+ international markets. He is also the Co-Founder of TRST01, driving AI and Web3 enabled solutions for supply-chain traceability, Climate intelligence, ESG compliance and Carbon removals. Both his companies have achieved various global awards in their respective fields under his leadership. He works closely with various developing country govts and Multi lateral agencies in implementing global projects.
He is a Commerce graduate, a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), and holds a Disruptive Strategy Certification from Harvard Business School.
