Mike Lewis

Mike Lewis is a Vice President at R.E. Lee International, a Singapore-based insurance brokerage specializing in high-net-worth life insurance and wealth planning. He advises clients across Southeast Asia and beyond on large-scale IUL, participating whole-of-life, and savings plan structures, working with carriers in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Bermuda. His client relationships span Indonesia, Thailand, Japan, and the Middle East, reflecting the firm’s broader footprint across Asia and the Middle East.

Deepesh Agarwal is the Managing Director and Co-Founder of Farro & Co., where he advises private clients, family offices, and corporations on cross-border growth, governance, and wealth preservation. His background spans decades in consulting, global financial services, and regulatory compliance—highlighted by co-founding Argus Global and serving in senior roles at Barclays, UBS, and Standard Chartered.

Deepesh’s advisory practice focuses on citizenship and residency by investment, market entry strategies, and complex corporate structuring. In an era marked by shifting global dynamics, he works closely with business leaders and families to mitigate cross-border risks, establishing clear, pragmatic Plan B and Plan C frameworks to ensure long-term resilience and security.

Anil Bhandari

Anil Bhandari is a respected thought leader in governance, risk, cybersecurity, and digital transformation, known for uniquely combining the strategic perspective of a Chartered Accountant with deep expertise in technology and cyber resilience.

With over 25 years of experience, he is the Mentor of ANB, a leading Risk Advisory Services firm headquartered in India with operations in 15+ countries and a global client base of over 2,000 organizations.

Over the years, Anil has held several influential leadership positions across professional, regulatory, and global institutions. He served as the Past President of The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), India, and contributed to its international committees on technology, risk, and controls. He has also been associated with global initiatives of ISACA, USA, focusing on information systems governance and cybersecurity.

Anil was elected Chairman of the Western India Regional Council of ICAI and later served two terms on ICAI’s Central Council. He played an instrumental role in driving digital transformation initiatives for the accounting profession, impacting more than 400,000 members and nearly one million students. He also contributed to the development of standards in valuation, internal audit, fraud risk management, forensic accounting, and digital auditing.

Internationally, he served as Vice Chairman of the Edinburgh Group, representing leading global accounting bodies and engaging with international regulatory and standard-setting developments.

He was appointed by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, as a Member of the Appellate Authority under the CA, CS, and CMA Acts, adjudicating professional disciplinary matters across the country.

Anil also serves as an Independent Member on IT Strategy and Cybersecurity Committees for prominent financial institutions, including Nippon India Asset Management and LIC Mutual Fund Asset Management.

An innovator at heart, Anil has mentored ARCON, a leading Indian cybersecurity company with a global presence across 75+ countries. He actively invests in high-growth technology ventures and is deeply interested in emerging areas such as IoT, Operational Technology (OT), cyber resilience, and the protection of critical and space infrastructure.
