Chari TVT

Chari TVT is a seasoned Board advisor, former Group Chief Financial Officer, and thought leader at the intersection of finance, technology, digital transformation, and governance. He brings over four decades of senior leadership experience across telecommunications, technology, infrastructure, aviation, and emerging digital ecosystems in Asia and globally.

Chari previously served as Group Chief Financial Officer of Axiata Group Berhad and Celcom Telecommunication, one of Asia’s largest telecommunications groups, serving over 200 million customers with a market capitalization of approximately USD 10 billion. During his tenure, he led major financial and strategic transformation initiatives and played a pivotal role in driving capital efficiency, with Celcom recognized for achieving the highest Return on Invested Capital (ROIC) in Malaysia.
Prior to Axiata, Chari spent more than 20 years with Hewlett Packard, culminating in his role as Vice President, Sales – Asia Pacific & Japan. His career uniquely spans deep finance leadership as well as senior commercial and regional business roles across Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, and Malaysia, giving him an end to end perspective on strategy, execution, and value creation in multinational organizations.
Today, Chari is actively engaged as a Board member, Board committee chair, advisor, and consultant to Malaysian listed companies, regional infrastructure players, global technology firms, and high growth digital ventures. He currently serves as Board Member and Chairman of the Risk Committee of UEM Sunrise Bhd, Board member and Chairman of the Board Audit Committee (BAC) of Link Net Indonesia, and has held Board positions in listed and non listed entities including AirAsia Aviation Group Berhad, Redone Group Berhad, PT XL Axiata in Indonesia, Dialog PLC in Srilanka and PhilTower Inc. (Philippines).
He is also a Board Advisor to an Agentic AI company based in the United States.
A highly sought after speaker, Chari regularly addresses Boards, CFOs, Audit Committees, senior executives, and regulators at regional and international conferences. His insights focus on how finance and governance leaders can move beyond compliance and stewardship to become strategic value creators in an AI driven, high risk environment.

Puneet Pushkarna

Puneet Pushkarna is currently General Partner of Solmark, a Private Equity fund formed by a group of tech entrepreneurs who have launched and built several companies and bring expertise in all aspects of growing a company in a competitive global marketplace.
Prior to this, he was the President of Headstrong, a highly specialized deep-domain business in the Capital Markets business.
He sits on a number of Corporate, Educational and non-profit Boards/Advisory Boards.
He is involved with a number of philanthropic initiatives and is the Patron of IFA (Indian Foundation for the Arts), and is also one of the Founder Supporter of Nudge Institute and is deeply involved with SIFAS.
Puneet has been involved with TiE, one of the largest Entrepreneur networks in the world. He is the Chairman Emeritus of TiE Singapore.

Abhijit Ghosh

Abhijit is a Managing Director and Head of Tax, Southeast Asia with Alvarez & Marsal in Singapore. He brings 35 years of experience in business planning, corporate governance and international tax structuring. Prior to joining A&M, Abhijit spent 28 years with PWC Singapore where most recently he was the Tax Market Leader and a senior Tax Partner. His primary focus is advising and assisting various MNCs, large corporates, SMEs, family offices and global not-for profit organizations as they expand their operations in APAC using Singapore as a hub. He served clients across various industries, including Pharma/Medtech, Hightech, Telcos, FMCG, Industrial Products, PE houses, amongst others, and played a key role in assisting various American, European and Asian corporate houses and NGOs in setting up their international headquarter in Asia. Abhijit maintains close working relationships with Economic Development Agencies in various SEA countries and helps clients in their discussion/negotiation for relevant government support. Abhijit is a regular speaker on business and tax issues at media and other public forums and contributes to thought leadership articles for various journals and newspapers from time to time. Abhijit earned a first-class Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from St Xaviers’ College, India. Abhijit is a Chartered Accountant and an Accredited Tax Advisor (Income Tax) of Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professionals. He completed an executive MBA course on E-commerce from Darden Business School, University of Virginia, USA. Currently Abhijit is a Board and senior audit committee member of World Wildlife Fund (“WWF”), Singapore and Vice Chairman of the Board for the Teaching and Testing of South Asian Languages (operating under aegis of Ministry of Education). Earlier (from 2017 to 2019), he was on the Board of Maxwell Chambers Pte Ltd (a subsidiary of Ministry of Law) which was responsible for promoting Singapore as an international arbitration center. During 2013 to 2019, Abhijit also served as a Board member and Audit Committee Chairman of Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (“IPOS”).

Ms. Khin Thit Yee

Managing Director, Spring Treasure Pte. Ltd.

Ms. Khin Thit Yee, FCCA, CPA (Australia), CA (Singapore), MBA, is a finance and business leader with more than 23 years of experience spanning audit, taxation, corporate finance, financial governance, international development, and cross-border investment.

She currently serves as Managing Director at her own company, Spring Treasure Pte. Ltd and as Myanmar Desk Manager at Grant Thornton Thailand, supporting businesses and investors navigating opportunities across Myanmar, Thailand, Singapore, and the wider ASEAN region. Her professional journey includes leadership roles at PwC Myanmar, Ooredoo Myanmar, FMI Air, the British Council, and PARKROYAL Yangon. She has also contributed to national-level tax policy dialogue and private-sector development through her work with the Union of Myanmar Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Special Commission at the Parliament.

Beyond her corporate career, Khin Thit is an entrepreneur and education advocate committed to developing future-ready professionals. Through the Spring Light ecosystem, she promotes accessible professional education, AI-enabled learning, employment pathways, and responsible cross-border business development such as training, recruitment agency, immigration services, F&B, lodging, etc.

She was selected for the U.S. Department of State’s International Visitor Leadership Program on “Accountability in Government and Business” and has consistently championed ethical leadership, financial inclusion, women’s empowerment, and opportunities for migrant communities.

Khin Thit also serves as President of the Rotary Club of Shwe Bangkok for Rotary Year 2026–2027. Her leadership philosophy is grounded in a simple belief: professional success becomes truly meaningful when knowledge, influence, and opportunity are used to lift others.
