CA Sanjib Sanghi is a practicing Chartered Accountant with over 28 years of experience and a Central Council Member of ICAI (2025–29). He serves as Chairman, Global Trade and Services Committee; Convenor, CPE Directorate; and Vice Chairman, Sustainability Reporting Standards Board. He has led major initiatives in GCCs, digital transformation, AI learning and professional development, including AURA and nationwide GCC Summits. Former Chairman of EIRC, ICAI (2024–25), he also holds leadership roles with MeitY’s GCC Advisory Committee, BBD BAG Professional Association, MCCI, Accountants’ Library and TiE Kolkata, championing innovation, global collaboration and professional excellence.
CA (Dr.) Rohit Ruwatia is a Chartered Accountant, entrepreneur, and elected Central Council Member of ICAI serving his second consecutive term (2025-29), having first been elected for the period 2022-25. He holds the distinction of being the youngest Managing Committee Member of the Jaipur Branch, the youngest Regional Council Member, and the youngest Central Council Member in ICAI's history.
Professionally, he is the Founding Managing Partner of RNGCA Business Consulting Private Limited, where he heads the Financial Crime Compliance Services vertical, specializing in regulatory compliance, risk management, forensic investigations, anti-money laundering, and governance advisory services.
As Chairman of the Career Counselling Committee, he led initiatives that culminated in ICAI achieving a Guinness World Record for conducting the world's largest career counselling session. As Chairman of the Committee for Members in Practice (CMP), he spearheaded initiatives such as “Practice Ki Paathshaala” and the 7-day residential programme for new COP holders, aimed at empowering young practitioners and strengthening professional practice.
As Chairman of the Board of Studies (Operations), he focused on modernizing CA education through digital transformation, introduction of the e-Diary for articled assistants, and securing approval for doubling need-based scholarships for deserving CA students.
Currently serving as Chairman of the Members in Public Services Committee, he has launched a first-of-its-kind podcast series featuring distinguished Chartered Accountants in public service, showcasing their journeys, leadership experiences, and contributions to nation-building while inspiring young professionals to explore diverse career opportunities

Mr Jaiswal, a Chartered Accountant, is Chairman & Managing Director of Peakmore International Pte Ltd (PMI) (www.pmisg.com). He has been in the business of Metals, Minerals (Iron ore), Steel & related products, Soft Commodities and related recycling business providing sustainable solutions for more than 35 years in Singapore.
He carries all these businesses through company’s Head Quarter in Singapore and Processing Plant in Malaysia.
Apart from overseeing day today operation of the companies, Mr Jaiswal looks to develop and drive the growth strategies of the group companies. He also holds directorship of many other companies in Singapore and abroad.
Mr Jaiswal is currently Vice Chairman of Singapore Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SICCI). Previously he has been Director of SICCI for past 6 non-consecutive years and also, Director at SME Centre at SICCI and Mentor for Young Entrepreneurs Network (YEN) during his tenure at SICCI.
Being socially & spiritually active, he has been Treasurer and Committee Member for various terms at Shree Lakshminarayan Temple, Singapore and has been associated with many charitable organizations in Singapore and India.
For his Entrepreneurial & Social contributions, Mr Jaiswal has been conferred with various awards & accolades.
To mention a few – “Established Entrepreneur Award (Top Category) by SICCI Entrepreneur Awards 2019”, “Bharat Shiromani Award 2019”, “Singapore Indian Business Leaders Award – 2016 by SICCI “and “Singapore’s Leading Indian Entrepreneur Award – 2008, Category: Large Enterprise” by SICCI.
His company, Peakmore International Pte Ltd also become Winner of Enterprise 50 (E-50), 2020 Award. This Prestigious Award is co-organised by The Business Times & KPMG and supported by Enterprise Singapore (The government agency championing enterprise development in Singapore), Singapore Exchange (SGX) and Singapore Business Federation (SBF – the Apex Chamber of Commerce in Singapore.
Through SICCI, Mr Jaiswal had always tried to bridge business between Singapore and India and had led Delegations from Singapore to Mumbai & Delhi on behalf of SICCI, during his Directorship at SICCI. Srinivasan Venkita Padmanabhan (known as Venkat), an entrepreneur, co- founder, Board member, Advisor of many businesses in Singapore & India & also Senior Accredited Board Director in Singapore.

Previously, he was the President & Global Head of Finance of Olam International Limited (Group) Fortune 500 company with an SGD 50 billion turnover with 87,000 employees. Being with the group from the near inception as a second employee of their operation in India & served about 28 great years & took voluntary retirement in Jan 2022.
He decided to take about 3 years of Sabbatical to pursue his passion and work on his bucket list, one of which is to do this prestigious HBS AMP, learning music, Vipasana, & Travel around Himalayas etc., seeking an inward journey & reflection.
Venkita completed his Harvard Advanced Management Program (AMP 207), Fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), an Associate member of The Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India (ICMAI), a Master of Commerce from Kerala University, India, a competent Toast Master & certified NLP coach.
He has won Asia’s Greatest CFO award twice, awarded by Asia One Magazine and the Excellence in Crisis Management Award from CFO Innovation Asia 2015.
Currently, on contributing to the society, he is also a Treasurer & Chairman of membership committee of Singapore Indian Chamber of Commerce, Vice Chairman of Singapore Indian Fine Arts Society, Member of Chapters Coordinating committee of Singapore Institute of Directors, Council member of the Management Development Institute of Singapore (MDIS) Governing Council,), Mentor in Singapore Business Federation (SBF), Mentor in Singapore Indian Development association, Vice Chairman of the Indian Activity Executive Committee (IAEC) & Grassroots leader for about 20+ years.
