Dr. (CA) Ankur Aggarwal is the Chairman and Founder of BNW Developments, one of the fastest-scaling real estate firms in the Middle East, with a gross development value exceeding AED 32 billion. A Chartered Accountant by profession, he transitioned from finance to real estate in 2021, growing BNW from a consulting venture into a full-scale development company by 2024. BNW has partnered with Michel Adam, IHCL (Taj), FashionTV, Tonino Lamborghini, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, and Radisson Blu, while leading a multi-billion-dirham collaboration with Masah's MAN Construction across key growth corridors in Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah.
